The bikes are delivered to the customer by the delivery service over the phone or by post and then delivered to the addresses. Delivery times within Germany are usually between 4 and 7 working days.Children's bikes, accessories and textiles that are sent to you by parcel service are usually delivered within 1 to 4 working days.

International deliveries are usually completed within 5 to 10 working days. For non-EU countries, delivery times may be delayed due to possible customs clearance.
Please note: We will ship your ordered goods after receipt of payment or financing approval.

For ecological reasons, we like to pack our goods in previously used boxes and reuse packaging materials (e.g. packaging materials from the manufacturer). Of course, we ensure safe packaging so that you receive your ordered items in the best possible condition.If the item arrives damaged during transport, please complain immediately to the shipping company or parcel service and notify us directly.
In case of minor damage (e.g. broken tail lights) please note this on the delivery note and contact us. We will find an uncomplicated solution for you.
If there is major damage (e.g. a bent wheel), please refuse to accept the shipment. The shipping service provider will notify us and we will contact you again.
